OWNERS & MANAGEMENT

       Tom and Ruth Reininger, Owners, Farm Manager

Ruth and her sisters grew up in the house at the stables. From the 1930’s until his retirement, Ruth’s father kept a dairy herd on what is now the Walnut Creek Stable.  Ruth’s professional career was that of a teacher, most recently 3^rd grade. Ruth now is a daily presence at the stable. Her ‘students’ now have four legs. Tom works as the Farm Manager for the stable. He retired in 2003 from a career working with adults with developmental disabilities.  Maintenance of the facility complex and grounds is his daily work.  In his ‘spare’ time he does ride WCS’s Oldenburg mare ‘Serendipity’. Tom is also active in the local dressage community. They have two children and five grandchildren. 

       Carol Hartlaub, Owner/ Show Coordinator

Carol is the youngest of the three Moeller girls who were raised on the farm property.  Carol’s main job was a tax preparer for the past 35+ years.  She is in charge of managing and scheduling the horse shows and clinics at the stables. Carol also manages the finances of the stables. Carol is an active member of the Dressage Company  in the Greater Cincinnati Area.  She has a married daughter with two granddaughters who live in Northern Kentucky.
